Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We are registered for GST and your order confirmation is a tax invoice. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the confirmation email. If something is out of stock or a price is wrong, we will contact you before we take the money, and you can cancel.

Fitting the right part

Filter part numbers and cross-references are supplied by Sakura and we list them in good faith. Applications change between model years and build dates. If you are not certain a part fits your machine, call the counter on 02 6686 4455 before you order. We would rather spend two minutes on the phone than have you fit the wrong filter. We cannot be responsible for a part that was ordered against the wrong application.

Payment

We accept the cards shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

Delivery

See our shipping page. Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when Australia Post delivers them.

Returns

See our returns page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything here.

Warranty

Sakura filters carry the manufacturer's warranty. Keep any filter you want to claim on, because Sakura need to inspect the part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
