Where we ship

Australia only. If you are outside Australia and want a Sakura filter, call the counter and we will tell you whether we can help.

What it costs

We charge what Australia Post charges us, by weight. Prices include GST.

Over 5kg	$34.00

Most single filters come in under 500g. If your order is over 5kg we will contact you before sending, because Australia Post prices those by destination and we may be able to do better than the flat rate shown at checkout.

How long it takes

We pack orders the same or next business day. Australia Post Parcel Post is generally 2 to 6 business days depending on where you are. We are in northern New South Wales, so NSW and southern Queensland are usually at the quick end of that. We will email you the tracking number when your order leaves.

Stock

Everything listed is stock we hold or can order. If something is not on the shelf we will tell you before we take your money, not after.

Local pickup

Order online and collect from the shop, no postage charged. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to noon. Wait for the email saying it is ready before you drive over.
