Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Wrong part supplied

If we send you the wrong filter, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it and cover the postage both ways. Email balbear@bigpond.net.au or call the counter on 02 6686 4455 with your order number.

Wrong part ordered

Filter part numbers are easy to get wrong, and we would rather you had the right one. If you ordered the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange provided it is unused, unfitted and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours. We will refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the part arriving back with us. We cannot accept a return on a filter that has been fitted, or one that has been out of its packaging long enough to have taken in moisture or dust.

Faulty parts

Sakura filters carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a filter fails, keep it and contact us, because the manufacturer needs to see the part to assess a claim. Do not throw it away. We will handle the claim with Sakura on your behalf.

How to return something

  1. Call 02 6686 4455 or email balbear@bigpond.net.au with your order number.
  2. We will confirm the return and give you the address.
  3. Pack the part as it arrived and include your order number.

Local pickup

You are welcome to bring a return into the shop at 1/17 Southern Cross Drive during trading hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to noon.
